At Lora Fragrance we take pride in delivering premium-quality perfumes. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene concerns, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy, except in cases of damage during transit
No Return / No Refund
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Fragrance preference
- Personal dislike of scent
- Used or opened products
Eligible for Return / Replacement (Damage Only)
A return or replacement will be considered only if:
- The product received is physically damaged, leaked, or broken
- Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any damage claim, you must provide a complete unboxing video showing:
- Sealed package before opening with shipping label
- Opening process without cuts
- Clear view of the damaged product
Claims without valid video evidence will not be entertained.
Resolution Process
Once your claim is verified:
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Return shipping arranged by us for valid claims
Important Notes
- Products must be unused and in original packaging for replacement
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Lora Fragrance reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
