At Lora Fragrance we take pride in delivering premium-quality perfumes. Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene concerns, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy, except in cases of damage during transit

No Return / No Refund

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference
  • Personal dislike of scent
  • Used or opened products

Eligible for Return / Replacement (Damage Only)

A return or replacement will be considered only if:

  • The product received is physically damaged, leaked, or broken
  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper evidence.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any damage claim, you must provide a complete unboxing video showing:

  • Sealed package before opening with shipping label
  • Opening process without cuts
  • Clear view of the damaged product

Claims without valid video evidence will not be entertained.

Resolution Process

Once your claim is verified:

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Return shipping arranged by us for valid claims

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging for replacement
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Lora Fragrance reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
